Welcome! My name is Michelle Cronkhite. I am a certified nutritional therapy practitioner (NTP) and a graduate of the Nutritional Therapy Association.
I became a nutritional therapy practitioner while on a quest to find answers to my health issues. Now I want to help you find answers and solutions to your health issues.
I am committed to a healthy lifestyle. I moved to Montana to enjoy the four seasons and stay active in the great outdoors. I feel best living as close to nature as possible. I started growing a vegetable garden which opened up a whole new world for me. Each year I set out with new ideas of what to grow and where to plant various vegetables. My garden is a sanctuary for myself, ladybugs, butterflies, and bees just to name a few.
Enjoying this lifestly with me are my husband, our dog and cat.
Being able to work in a field that is my passion has been a long time dream. I am thrilled to be an NTP and share my knowledge to help others attain optimal health.
My clients are people just like you looking for help with changing the way they eat. They are people who dine out often and eat processed food. They have heard about organic and non-GMO food but do not fully understand it. Some clients are relatively healthy but want to do better. They do not always know where to begin.
Other clients do not feel well and know they could feel better. Some are not happy with their appearance. Others have been diagnosed with a disease. One thing all of my clients have in common is the realization that they themselves need to make the changes and to take their health into their own hands.
My passion is teaching my clients the knowledge of how the nutrients in the food we eat have a powerful effect on our overall health. It is not only the food but our lifestyle. I enjoy helping my clients find the balance that works for them; not just for this month or this year but for the rest of their lives.
Each of us is unique and lives a life different from anyone else which is why I work directly with my clients one on one. I will listen to you. I will advise you and I will support you with the changes that are needed for your optimal health.
A healthy mind in a healthy body
